My Story


Seasoned management with strategic and tactical managerial experiences to support Center of Excellence (COE). Proven track record in interpersonal, operations, technology, and team leadership skills. Lead million dollars projects where strategic leadership in change management is critical.


Leading multi-year ERP programs with a goal of moving to one globally scaled SAP ERP platform including continuous improvement of enterprise solutions in governance, compliance, and support activities. 


Provide guidance and leadership to enforce defined standard governance practices around incident/problem management processes, change control processes, and enhancement requests. 


Proactively handling problems and making decisions based on the understanding of critical issues and priorities.
