Leading multi-year ERP programs with a goal of moving to one globally scaled SAP ERP platform including continuous improvement of enterprise solutions in governance, compliance, and support activities. 

Provide guidance and leadership to enforce defined standard governance practices around incident/problem management processes, change control processes, and enhancement requests. 

Proactively handling problems and making decisions based on the understanding of critical issues and priorities. 
Build and deliver a strategy that ensures resources, business alignment, support processes, risks and costs are appropriately managed.
